Report an Issue

Thank you for taking the time to apprise us of your concern. The Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula deals with all complaints respectfully and transparently, as quickly as possible. The public can submit a general complaint if they are dissatisfied with a Municipal service, facility or staff member. 

Should you need to report an issue, please provide as much detail as possible, including but not limited to:

• Details of what occurred
• Location of the issue
• When the issue occurred
• Who was involved
• What kind of resolution is being sought

This information will help Municipal Staff to resolve the issue.
